A person who sleeps well changes sleeping positions up to sixty times a night (to avoid muscle and joint pain). Being able to change positions without restriction is essential for a refreshing night's sleep. Even pressure distribution prevents aches in areas of the body that may be subject to the greatest pressure (shoulders, hips, heels) and ensures good blood circulation. The temperature (neither too hot nor too cold) and humidity regulation (absorption of perspiration) are perfectly adapted to the individual.
This mattress incorporates pocket spring technology, perhaps the most popular type of new-generation mattress. The core of the mattress consists of numerous individual springs, each enclosed in a cylindrical pocket of fabric. Each spring is tightly and evenly aligned with its neighbors. This design allows the springs to move independently of one another. This sophisticated technology enables pocket mattresses to adapt to the shape of the body.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
To help you better understand the mattress's technical specifications, here are a few details to give you an idea of its quality construction.
Both sides of the mattress are made from knitted fabric to ensure a consistent feel, as the mattress is double-sided.
The foam used on both sides is high-quality foam material.
Poly/cotton batting is made from a blend of polyester and cotton fibers that have been treated and sterilized. It combines the benefits of both materials to provide an ideal level of comfort and softness.
Geo-textile is a synthetic fabric that helps improve airflow inside the mattress.
Finally, the mattress core consists of 260 individual springs per m², while a layer of foam material runs around all four sides of the mattress to provide better edge support.
Please note that the mattress is double-sided, so you should flip it regularly to prevent it from becoming compressed on just one side.
CARE:
• Take your mattress outside into the sun periodically to air it properly
• Leave the windows open for 30 minutes each day to remove moisture, especially in winter, when moisture is the main cause of unpleasant mattress odors
• Do not bend the mattress, as this may cause it to deform or become damaged
• Do not let children use it as a “trampoline”
• Keep it dry
• Wash sheets at high temperatures and iron them thoroughly to eliminate various microorganisms; place them on the mattress only when dry
• Do not iron directly on the mattress
• Protect it from liquids and spot-clean it only with specialist cleaning products
• The mattress base must have no protrusions, curves or bumps. It should be a flat surface

ACS Courier
Delivery is made by ACS Courier to your home, your business, or any other location of your choice.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the products and the shipping address. Cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of 2.99 € and is not supported for orders with a total cost of 100.00 € or more, or for orders requesting an invoice.
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Transport company
Delivery is carried out by specialized transport companies either curbside (at their discretion, delivery to an upper floor may also be possible, subject to a potential additional fee), or to a transport agency in the capital of your prefecture, or to a transport company serving your prefecture (with the remaining shipping cost payable by the recipient). Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the products and the shipping address. Unfortunately, transport companies do not support cash on delivery as a payment method.

Why can't I find cash on delivery as a payment method?
Cash on delivery is not supported for shipments via transport company (they unfortunately do not offer this service), for orders with a total cost of 100.00 € or more, for orders requesting an invoice, or for international shipments.
Can I purchase with an invoice?
Of course, the option to issue an invoice is available. Please select the invoice option as the document type on the cart page and fill in your VAT number and registered company name in the fields directly below.
For orders requesting an invoice, cash on delivery is not supported as a payment method.
Can you delay the shipment of my order?
Absolutely! You can complete your payment as usual to reserve the item and lock in its price, and request a shipping delay of up to 30 days. Simply let us know in the order notes field in your cart from which date onward you would like your order to be dispatched.
Do you provide a tracking code for shipments?
Courier companies provide a tracking number, which you will receive once your order is dispatched.
Transport companies do not always provide tracking codes; however, you will receive their contact details for updates. It is not necessary to contact them, as they will contact you directly prior to delivery/pickup.
How safe am I using a credit card?
We have absolutely no access to your credit card details; this information is securely routed directly to the bank, which processes the charge.
The transport company cannot find my order, what is happening?
Shipments often take a short while to appear in the internal systems of transport companies. We recommend waiting a few business days and checking again. In any case, it is not necessary to contact them, as they will notify you directly prior to delivery/pickup.

Do you fulfill international orders?
We fulfill orders from international destinations upon prior communication with us. Shipments are carried out under EXW (Ex Works) terms, meaning that the buyer is responsible for collecting the order, as well as for all costs and obligations relating to transportation, customs clearance, and delivery to the final destination.
How can I cancel an order?
Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed by us. To cancel, please contact us stating your order number, name, and the date it was placed.
Is it possible to customize a piece of furniture to my preferences?
Our furniture is available in specific dimensions and colors; therefore, we unfortunately do not offer custom-made manufacturing.
