Lowest price guarantee

P Kontopoulos provides its online store customers with the option of price matching the price they are required to pay, if, before making an online purchase of any kind, they find the same product at a cheaper price in the competition, under the following terms and conditions:

 

1. For the claim to be valid, on the date of purchase of the product, the same product must appear in the competition in stock and at a lower price than the price offered by pkontopoulos.com.

 

2. Competition is understood to mean any competitor that has an online store and at least one physical store, and is also based in Greece. The above conditions must be met cumulatively.

 

3. The price comparison should concern exactly the same product and not a similar one. Any additional free services and/or products together with the compared product are not covered and are not calculated within the framework of this lowest price guarantee. Furthermore, it is clarified that the product in question should be new, available and that its lower price should concern its exact selling price and not the price that may be offered to the consumer depending on its purchase with special offers, promotions, privileges or discounts.

 

4. Price matching process:

• The customer must send a relevant posting on the internet (link or other element) to the email address info@pkontopoulos.com, proving that the exact same product is offered at a lower price by the competition.
• If it is determined that the above terms and conditions are met, P Kontopoulos will match the competitive price (price match).

 

5. This lowest price guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• if the lower price concerns pricing below their cost, as this term is defined in law and case law,
• if the lowest price is not a retail price,
• if the lower price concerns the sale of the same product used and not new,
• if the lower price occurs during a discount period or concerns exhibition products, products that are part of an offer package, or products that are obtained through special privileges and/or special agreements with the customer,
• if the lowest price results from a store that sells goods in accordance with applicable national and EU legislation on unfair competition,
• if the competing store is a discount store.

 

6. P Kontopoulos reserves the right to repeal its present commercial policy at any time and to make any changes/amendments to these terms/conditions at any time, without prior notice. In the event that any of these terms/conditions is deemed invalid or in any case unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remainder.
