How to buy from our e-shop
If you are having difficulty submitting and/or paying for an order, there is no need to worry, this guide is intended to guide you step by step!
1. Find products
Browse our various product categories or use the search function (by clicking the magnifying glass icon at the top of any page of our e-shop) to find the desired product.
2. Add products to cart
When you find a product you want to purchase, change the desired quantity if it does not match the default (1 piece) and click the "Add to cart" button.
3. Pop-up window
A pop-up window will automatically appear with two options.
The first option, "View cart", takes you to your cart, where you can see a summary of all the products it contains, as well as their total cost. At the same time, there is a dropdown for selecting the type of document, in case you wish to issue an invoice instead of a receipt, as well as a field in which you can provide us with any comments related to your order. Once you are ready to proceed, click the "Check out" button to be taken to the next (4th) step.
The second option, "Continue shopping", closes the pop-up window, allowing you to continue browsing our e-shop. If you want to visit your cart at any time, all you have to do is click on the corresponding icon at the top right of any page of our e-shop.
4. Submit an order
Fill in your contact information and delivery details for your order, select your shipping and payment method, and whether the billing address is different from the shipping address (the default is that they are the same).
Once you are ready to purchase, click the "Pay now" or "Complete order" button, the wording varies depending on the payment method you have chosen.
