Communication takes place exclusively through the above channels, so that we can provide you with the most complete and accurate answers possible.
We try to respond to all requests within the same working day, regardless of our physical store's opening hours.
Note: The status of most orders is updated after 18:00, so that there is sufficient time for them to be registered in the courier and shipping company systems.
