Care instructions:
- Plywood: Start by removing dust and debris from the plywood surface with a soft cloth or brush. You can also use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment for best results. For a deeper clean, dampen a soft cloth with water and mild detergent or soap. If the plywood is used outdoors or in areas with high humidity, apply a suitable finish or cover to protect the surface from further damage.
- Fabric: Fabric care depends on various factors, such as the fiber type, the fabric construction and how it is used. Use a mild detergent suitable for the type of fabric. Avoid using bleach or whitening agents, as they may damage the fibers.

- 18 cm pocket springs: Independent springs individually housed in fabric pockets, at a density of 256 per m2. They absorb shocks and squeaks, and provide tailored elasticity across all the mattress support zones.
- Foam: Reinforced-density foam padding provides perimeter support for the mattress, with 2 cm on top and 2 cm on the bottom.

Each order is processed no later than the next business day. The final delivery time depends on the courier company and/or the transport company handling the shipment. When shipped via courier, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, while via transport company it is 4-10 business days.

If you need a furniture assembly company (Athens, Thessaloniki, and Patra), please add the service as a product to your cart through the page of the product you are interested in, or mention it in the order notes and we will provide you with their contact details.
Why can't I find cash on delivery as a payment method?
Cash on delivery is not supported for shipments via transport company (they unfortunately do not offer this service), for orders with a total cost of 100.00 € or more, for orders requesting an invoice, or for international shipments.
Can I purchase with an invoice?
Of course, the option to issue an invoice is available. Please select the invoice option as the document type on the cart page and fill in your VAT number and registered company name in the fields directly below.

Do you provide a tracking code for shipments?
Courier companies provide a tracking number, which you will receive once your order is dispatched.
Transport companies do not always provide tracking codes; however, you will receive their contact details for updates. It is not necessary to contact them, as they will contact you directly prior to delivery/pickup.
How safe am I using a credit card?
We have absolutely no access to your credit card details; this information is securely routed directly to the bank, which processes the charge.
The transport company cannot find my order, what is happening?
Shipments often take a short while to appear in the internal systems of transport companies. We recommend waiting a few business days and checking again. In any case, it is not necessary to contact them, as they will notify you directly prior to delivery/pickup.

Do you fulfill international orders?
We fulfill orders from international destinations upon prior communication with us. Shipments are carried out under EXW (Ex Works) terms, meaning that the buyer is responsible for collecting the order, as well as for all costs and obligations relating to transportation, customs clearance, and delivery to the final destination.
How can I cancel an order?
Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed by us. To cancel, please contact us stating your order number, name, and the date it was placed.
Is it possible to customize a piece of furniture to my preferences?
Our furniture is available in specific dimensions and colors; therefore, we unfortunately do not offer custom-made manufacturing.
