MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION:
The sofa frame is made of MDF in combination with marine plywood and solid wood pieces. This ensures the durability of the sofa over time.
The upholstery fabric is polyester, but at the same time very soft. Polyester is a generalized term for any fabric made with polyester threads or fibers, which is a synthetic material. It is very durable and especially resistant to many chemicals, and it is a popular fabric as it is resistant to shrinking and stretching. It is also resistant to wrinkles and abrasions, and the fibers used to create it are very strong and lightweight.
MAINTENANCE:
A simple dusting and a wipe with a damp cloth in case of simple stains are enough for cleaning. For more difficult stains, dry cleaning is recommended.

ACS Courier
Delivery is made by ACS Courier to your home, your business, or any other location of your choice.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the products and the shipping address. Cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of 2.99 € and is not supported for orders with a total cost of 100.00 € or more, or for orders requesting an invoice.
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Transport company
Delivery is carried out by specialized transport companies either curbside (at their discretion, delivery to an upper floor may also be possible, subject to a potential additional fee), or to a transport agency in the capital of your prefecture, or to a transport company serving your prefecture (with the remaining shipping cost payable by the recipient). All of our products are immediately available for purchase, unless otherwise stated in their description.
When will I receive my order?
Each order is processed no later than the next business day. The final delivery time depends on the courier company and/or the transport company handling the shipment. When shipped via courier, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, while via transport company it is 4-10 business days.
How much is shipping?

If you need a furniture assembly company (Athens, Thessaloniki, and Patra), please add the service as a product to your cart through the page of the product you are interested in, or mention it in the order notes and we will provide you with their contact details.
Why can't I find cash on delivery as a payment method?
Cash on delivery is not supported for shipments via transport company (they unfortunately do not offer this service), for orders with a total cost of 100.00 € or more, for orders requesting an invoice, or for international shipments.
Can I purchase with an invoice?
Of course, the option to issue an invoice is available. Please select the invoice option as the document type on the cart page and fill in your VAT number and registered company name in the fields directly below.

Can you delay the shipment of my order?
Absolutely! You can complete your payment as usual to reserve the item and lock in its price, and request a shipping delay of up to 30 days. Simply let us know in the order notes field in your cart from which date onward you would like your order to be dispatched.
Do you provide a tracking code for shipments?
Courier companies provide a tracking number, which you will receive once your order is dispatched.
Transport companies do not always provide tracking codes; however, you will receive their contact details for updates. It is not necessary to contact them, as they will contact you directly prior to delivery/pickup.
How safe am I using a credit card?
We have absolutely no access to your credit card details; this information is securely routed directly to the bank, which processes the charge.
The transport company cannot find my order, what is happening?
Shipments often take a short while to appear in the internal systems of transport companies. We recommend waiting a few business days and checking again. In any case, it is not necessary to contact them, as they will notify you directly prior to delivery/pickup.

Do you fulfill international orders?
We fulfill orders from international destinations upon prior communication with us. Shipments are carried out under EXW (Ex Works) terms, meaning that the buyer is responsible for collecting the order, as well as for all costs and obligations relating to transportation, customs clearance, and delivery to the final destination.
How can I cancel an order?
Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed by us. To cancel, please contact us stating your order number, name, and the date it was placed.
Is it possible to customize a piece of furniture to my preferences?
Our furniture is available in specific dimensions and colors; therefore, we unfortunately do not offer custom-made manufacturing.
