ACS Courier

Delivery is made by ACS Courier to your home, your business or any other location of your choice.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the products and the shipping address. Cash on delivery is charged at an additional €2.99 and is not supported for orders with a total cost of €100.00 or more and for orders that have requested an invoice.

The average delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Transport agency

Delivery is carried out by specialized transport agencies either to your sidewalk (it may, at their discretion, also be carried out on a floor with a possible additional charge), or to an agency in the capital of your prefecture, or to a carrier that serves your prefecture. Credit or debit card

You can securely pay for your order with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro credit or debit card. Your card details are never shared with us.

You can pay for your order securely via Google Pay. Your card details are never shared with us.

PayPal

You can pay for your order securely via PayPal. Your account details are never shared with us.

Cash on delivery

You can pay for your order upon receipt, paying the total amount to the courier who will deliver it to you.

Note : Cash on delivery orders may take 1-2 additional business days to process and ship. For faster delivery and lower costs, we recommend payment by card, bank deposit or IRIS payments.

Cash on delivery is not supported for:

• Shipping by courier (unfortunately they do not support this as a service).
• Orders with a total cost of €100.00 and above.
• Orders that have requested an invoice.
• Shipments abroad.

Are the products immediately available?

All of our products are immediately available for purchase, unless otherwise stated in their description.

When will I receive my order?

Each order is executed no later than the next business day. The final delivery time depends on the courier company and/or the shipping agent that will undertake the shipment. When the shipment is made by a courier company, the average delivery time is 1-3 business days, while when it is made by a shipping agent it is 4-10 business days.

How much is the shipping?

If you need a furniture assembly company (Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras), please add the service as a product to the cart through the page of the product you are interested in or note it in the comments of your order and we will provide you with its contact details.

Why can't I find cash on delivery as a payment method?

Can I buy with an invoice?

Of course, the option to issue an invoice is provided. Please select the invoice option as the document type on the cart page and fill in the following details of your business in the field directly below:

Do you provide a tracking code for shipments?

Courier companies provide a tracking code, you will receive it when your order is shipped.

The shipping agents do not always provide a tracking code, but you will receive their contact details for updates on the progress of the delivery. It is not necessary to contact them, they will inform you themselves before delivery.

How safe am I if I use a credit card?

There is absolutely no possibility of us accessing your credit card details, this piece of information is routed directly to the bank, which processes the charge.

The shipping agent can't find my order, what's going on?

Often shipments take a while to appear in the internal systems of the shipping agents. We recommend that you wait a few business days and try again. In any case, it is not necessary to contact them, they will inform you themselves before delivery.

We undertake shipments to foreign countries, but only after you contact us for the exact shipping cost and product delivery details.

How can I cancel an order?

Cancelling an order is only possible if it has not yet been fulfilled by us. To cancel it, please contact us stating its number, name and the date it was placed.

Is it possible to customize a piece of furniture to my preferences?

The furniture we have is available in specific dimensions and colors, so unfortunately there is no possibility of custom-made furniture.
