After all, a mattress is an essential part of wellbeing and relaxation.
A person who sleeps well changes sleeping positions up to sixty times a night (to avoid muscle and joint pain). Being able to change positions without restriction is essential for a refreshing night’s sleep. Evenly distributed pressure prevents aches in areas where pressure can be greatest (shoulders, hips, heels) and ensures good blood circulation. The temperature (neither too hot nor too cold) and humidity regulation (absorbing perspiration) are perfectly suited to the individual.
This mattress incorporates independent spring technology, perhaps the most popular type of new-generation mattress. The core of the mattress consists of many independent springs, each enclosed in a cylindrical pocket of fabric. Every spring is tightly and evenly aligned with its neighboring springs. This design allows the springs to move independently of one another. This sophisticated technology enables pocket-spring mattresses to adapt to the shape of the body.
The EURO TOP refers to the top layer of the mattress, or to the mattress itself as a “Euro-top mattress.” But what does this mean in practice, and what does this additional layer do for your body?
The Euro-Top enhances the unique sleeping experience offered by the mattress with its luxurious foam materials and ergonomic design. It also extends the mattress’s lifespan by protecting it from moisture and wear, while increasing its durability and helping it retain its shape. The main difference from pillow tops is that Euro-top layers are sewn around the perimeter onto the main body of the mattress, creating a slight slope toward the edges. They do not have the “square” appearance of a pillow top or look like a separate piece placed on top of the mattress. Essentially, they are the same thing; the difference lies in how the top layer is attached to the mattress.

MATERIALS:
To help you better understand the mattress’s technical specifications, here are some details to give you an idea of its quality construction.
The top surface of the mattress is made of knitted fabric, while the bottom surface is made of Zakar fabric. Jacquard is essentially a type of weave.
MEMORY FOAM is one of the best materials used in mattress manufacturing. It was developed in the 1970s, and advances in technology have made it one of the most important materials today. It is a type of polyurethane foam containing additional compounds that alter how it feels. This gives it the “slow-moving” properties for which memory foam is known. For example, it will retain your imprint for a few seconds after you put your weight on it. Like polyurethane foam, memory foam is made primarily from compounds derived from petrochemicals.
The Soft Foam on both sides is a soft foam material, while ERGO FOAM is flexible, hypoallergenic foam with excellent durability. It has anatomical properties suited even to the most demanding body.
DACRON wadding is a soft, fluffy white filling that provides anatomical support. It is hypoallergenic and antimicrobial, helping create a clean, healthy sleeping environment. It also ensures proper ventilation by removing excess moisture. It is a type of polyester.
FELTRON is a firm, white cotton pad that provides insulation and reinforcement between the springs and the surface materials.
Finally, the mattress core consists of 260 independent springs per m², while a layer of foam on all four sides provides better edge support.
Please note that this is a one-sided mattress, so it should not be flipped over.
CARE:
•Periodically place your mattress in the sun to air it properly
•Open the windows daily for 30 minutes to remove moisture, especially in winter, which is when moisture is the main cause of mattress odors
•Do not bend the mattress, as this may cause it to become misshapen or damaged
•Children should not use it as a “trampoline”
•Keep it dry
•Wash sheets at high temperatures and iron them thoroughly to kill microorganisms, then place them on the mattress once dry
•Do not iron on the mattress
•Protect it from liquids and spot-clean it only with specialist cleaning products
•The mattress base should have no protrusions, curves, or bumps. It should be flat

Delivery is made by ACS Courier to your home, your business, or any other location of your choice.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the products and the shipping address. Cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of 2.99 € and is not supported for orders with a total cost of 100.00 € or more, or for orders requesting an invoice.

Transport company
Delivery is carried out by specialized transport companies either curbside (at their discretion, delivery to an upper floor may also be possible, subject to a potential additional fee), or to a transport agency in the capital of your prefecture, or to a transport company serving your prefecture (with the remaining shipping cost payable by the recipient). Why can't I find cash on delivery as a payment method?
Cash on delivery is not supported for shipments via transport company (they unfortunately do not offer this service), for orders with a total cost of 100.00 € or more, for orders requesting an invoice, or for international shipments.
Can I purchase with an invoice?
Of course, the option to issue an invoice is available. Please select the invoice option as the document type on the cart page and fill in your VAT number and registered company name in the fields directly below.

Can you delay the shipment of my order?
Absolutely! You can complete your payment as usual to reserve the item and lock in its price, and request a shipping delay of up to 30 days. Simply let us know in the order notes field in your cart from which date onward you would like your order to be dispatched.
Do you provide a tracking code for shipments?
Courier companies provide a tracking number, which you will receive once your order is dispatched.
Transport companies do not always provide tracking codes; however, you will receive their contact details for updates. It is not necessary to contact them, as they will contact you directly prior to delivery/pickup.
How safe am I using a credit card?
We have absolutely no access to your credit card details; this information is securely routed directly to the bank, which processes the charge.
The transport company cannot find my order, what is happening?
Shipments often take a short while to appear in the internal systems of transport companies. We recommend waiting a few business days and checking again. In any case, it is not necessary to contact them, as they will notify you directly prior to delivery/pickup.

Do you fulfill international orders?
We fulfill orders from international destinations upon prior communication with us. Shipments are carried out under EXW (Ex Works) terms, meaning that the buyer is responsible for collecting the order, as well as for all costs and obligations relating to transportation, customs clearance, and delivery to the final destination.
How can I cancel an order?
Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed by us. To cancel, please contact us stating your order number, name, and the date it was placed.
Is it possible to customize a piece of furniture to my preferences?
Our furniture is available in specific dimensions and colors; therefore, we unfortunately do not offer custom-made manufacturing.
