Material Information:
- Travertine look: This specific look mimics the appearance of travertine, a natural stone widely used in construction and decoration. It is known for its distinctive patterns and natural veins, as well as its porous texture (small holes and cavities that add depth and texture to the surface). It adds elegance and is used in indoor and outdoor spaces, offering a practical alternative to natural stone.
- MDF: MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a wood product. Resins (adhesives) are used in its production to bond wood fibers, which are compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and resistant in terms of durability. Also, it does not absorb moisture at all.
- LPL DECOR PAPER: LPL (Low-Pressure Laminate) Decor Paper is a material widely used for decorating surfaces such as furniture, doors, floors, and other interior decoration surfaces. It is a type of decorative paper impregnated with resins to become durable and acquire gloss. It is then applied to substrates such as MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or plywood and processed under low pressure and heat to produce products such as furniture surfaces. It is available in a wide variety of colors, designs, and textures that can replicate natural materials such as wood, marble, and granite.
Maintenance instructions:
- Travertine look: Daily cleaning with a soft cloth or sponge and warm water. Use mild and neutral cleaners without acidic or alkaline components. Avoid cleaners containing vinegar, lemon, or other acidic components. It is also recommended to wipe immediately if liquids spill on the surface to prevent staining.
- MDF: To clean it, use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from humidity. Wipe any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals, as they may damage the MDF.
- LPL Decor Paper: Surfaces with LPL coating are easy to clean with mild detergents and a soft cloth. It is recommended to avoid contact with liquids.

Why can't I find cash on delivery as a payment method?

Can I purchase with an invoice?

Do you provide a tracking code for shipments?
Courier companies provide a tracking number, which you will receive once your order is dispatched.
Transport companies do not always provide tracking codes; however, you will receive their contact details for updates. It is not necessary to contact them, as they will contact you directly prior to delivery/pickup.
How safe am I using a credit card?
We have absolutely no access to your credit card details; this information is securely routed directly to the bank, which processes the charge.
The transport company cannot find my order, what is happening?
Shipments often take a short while to appear in the internal systems of transport companies. We recommend waiting a few business days and checking again. In any case, it is not necessary to contact them, as they will notify you directly prior to delivery/pickup.

Do you fulfill international orders?
We fulfill orders from international destinations upon prior communication with us. Shipments are carried out under EXW (Ex Works) terms, meaning that the buyer is responsible for collecting the order, as well as for all costs and obligations relating to transportation, customs clearance, and delivery to the final destination.
How can I cancel an order?
Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed by us. To cancel, please contact us stating your order number, name, and the date it was placed.
Is it possible to customize a piece of furniture to my preferences?
Our furniture is available in specific dimensions and colors; therefore, we unfortunately do not offer custom-made manufacturing.
