  • Natural wood: Natural wood comes from a wide variety of trees, each with its own unique characteristics. There are many different species that fall into this category, such as pine, beech, oak, etc.
  • Pu - Faux Leather / Leatherette (Upholstery): PU is imitation leather and usually refers to the polymer polyurethane (Polyurethane), a material that is widely used in many sectors due to its excellent properties. It has satisfactory strength, is easy to clean, is waterproof, does not deform and is environmentally friendly

Maintenance instructions:

  • Natural Wood: Proper maintenance of natural wood is essential to maintain its beauty, durability and longevity. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the wood. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as these can damage the finish.
  • PU leatherette: Use a soft cloth to remove any dust from the surface. For stains, use lukewarm water and mild soap and wipe the area. Always dry the surface afterwards with a dry cloth to avoid water marks.

Observations:

  • The product is delivered unassembled, in factory packaging and with a detailed assembly guide.
  • The color shade of the product may differ slightly from its photographic representation on your screen.

Shipping methods

ACS Courier

Delivery is made by ACS Courier to your home, your business or any other location of your choice.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the products and the shipping address. Cash on delivery is charged at an additional €2.99 and is not supported for orders with a total cost of €100.00 or more and for orders that have requested an invoice.

The average delivery time is 1-3 working days.

 

Transport agency

Delivery is carried out by specialized transport agencies either to your sidewalk (it may, at their discretion, also be carried out on a floor with a possible additional charge), or to an agency in the capital of your prefecture, or to a carrier that serves your prefecture. For more information, please refer to the delivery details.

          Why can't I find cash on delivery as a payment method?

          How safe am I if I use a credit card?

          There is absolutely no possibility of us accessing your credit card details, this piece of information is routed directly to the bank, which processes the charge.

           

          The shipping agent can't find my order, what's going on?

          Often shipments take a while to appear in the internal systems of the shipping agents. We recommend that you wait a few business days and try again. In any case, it is not necessary to contact them, they will inform you themselves before delivery.

          Is it possible to customize a piece of furniture to my preferences?

          The furniture we have is available in specific dimensions and colors, so unfortunately there is no possibility of custom-made furniture.
